"Mess" is a song about walking the right path in life. There's so much you'll miss out on if you
don't stay out of trouble or fail to take advantage of getting an education. There was a
incredbile drummer that I played with in high school, who never put the effort in school and
was always in trouble. I always wonder what he could have been if he stayed on track. Focus on
